We're a small, independent business, and every reservation is incredibly important to us! Organizing our retreats takes a lot of love, time, and effort, along with non-refundable payments upfront. Please read our terms and conditions before booking. By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and support!
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
When you sign up for a Miyoni Retreat, we require a non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR. Your booking is confirmed once we receive this deposit. The 500 EUR will be applied to your total amount. A Miyoni LLC team member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your registration.
Please note that Miyoni LLC only offers retreats and related activities to those 18 years of age and older.
Deposit and Full Payment Schedule: You can book a retreat with a deposit up until 60 days before the retreat starts. After that, full payment is needed to confirm your booking, subject to availability.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat starts, unless stated otherwise. We will notify you of the balance due date once your deposit is processed.
Cancellation of Booking: If the final balance is not received by the due date, Miyoni LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit.
Deposit Transfer: If your plans change, any payment made towards the retreat can be transferred to another retreat within one calendar year, provided you notify us at least 60 days before your scheduled retreat start date.
Payment Methods: Deposits can be paid with all major credit cards.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. Here's our cancellation policy, which aims to be fair while considering the logistical and financial commitments involved in planning our retreats:
Written Notice Required: Any cancellation request must be submitted via email and will only be considered valid once acknowledged by Miyoni LLC in writing.
Cancellation with Credit Option: If you cancel more than 60 days before your retreat start date, you can convert your payment into a credit for any other retreat within one calendar year from the original booking date. Please notify us at least 60 days before your scheduled retreat start date to be eligible for this option.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments become non-refundable and non-exchangeable if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the retreat start date. This policy ensures the sustainability and quality of our retreats.
We encourage you to carefully consider your plans before booking. Our team is here to assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our cancellation policy.
BALANCE TRANSFER
Full and partial retreat payments can be transferred to another retreat within one calendar year, provided you notify us at least 60 days before the retreat start date.
You may only transfer your retreat deposit once.
EXCEPTIONS
We are sorry, but there are absolutely no exceptions to these terms due to the non-recoverable payments we must make in advance to secure the retreat. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of finding a replacement or the risk of not finding one. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from reaching the retreat (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, flight issues), the retreat fees remain non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave early, there is no refund for the unused portion of your stay.
PRICING
All retreat prices are per person and quoted in EUR. Miyoni LLC is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or credit card/bank processing fees. Prices may change, and you will be advised of the current price before your booking is confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, the price includes all components described in your booking confirmation.
The price does not include flights, transport, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, tipping, or any food, drink, excursions, or activities not confirmed as part of your retreat. Additionally, items or services purchased during a retreat are not included unless specifically stated.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or other physical or mental conditions that may affect your ability to participate, including any medications you are taking. Failure to notify us may result in being refused certain activities at your own expense. Some retreats may be unsuitable due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy, or other conditions. Please email us if you have any concerns.
Accuracy about your fitness level and medical conditions is vital for your safety. We will do our best to meet special requests, including dietary needs, but this may not always be possible. Clients must carry medical insurance.
FINAL PAYMENTS
The final balance for your retreat is due 60 days before the start date, unless otherwise stated. If booking within 60 days, full payment is required at sign-up. If the final balance is not received by the due date without a valid reason, Miyoni LLC reserves the right to treat the booking as canceled.

CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY MIYONI LLC
We reserve the right to cancel any retreat but will not do so less than 30 days before the start date unless due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances. If Miyoni LLC cancels a retreat, you can either transfer your deposit to another retreat within one year or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for incidental expenses or consequential losses due to the booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or other fees.
AIRFARE
Our retreats do not include airfare. We recommend waiting until the trip is confirmed before booking flights or making non-refundable travel arrangements.
OUR RIGHTS
Our retreat leaders, local guides, or other representatives have the final say on all matters affecting safety and well-being. We reserve the right to prohibit any traveler from continuing a trip without refund if their actions threaten safety or enjoyment. Any damage caused by a guest may be billed to them. Program, teacher, or team member changes may occur at any time.
Evacuation costs are the responsibility of the evacuated person.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Traveling to our retreats may involve risks and challenges. By booking, you acknowledge and assume these risks. It is your responsibility to understand the customs, weather conditions, physical challenges, and laws of your destination. Contact your local embassy or consulate for information.
SAFETY & TRIP ENJOYMENT
Your safety is our priority, and we partner with trained professionals for our retreats. However, you are ultimately responsible for your safety. Obey all rules and instructions from our leaders and guides. Failure to comply may result in being removed from the trip without refund.
PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND CONTENT CREATION
Photos or videos taken during a retreat may be used in promotional materials unless you request otherwise. Our retreats are personal experiences, not for promoting products or brands. Professional cameras are not allowed, and phones are not permitted during practices. Please respect other guests' privacy.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
The nature of our retreats may involve personal risk. By booking, you assume all such risks and release Miyoni LLC from all claims. A liability waiver must be signed before participation.
SEVERABILITY
If any term is unenforceable, it shall be amended only as necessary, allowing the remaining terms to continue as binding.
SUCCESSORS & ASSIGNS
These terms and conditions benefit and bind Miyoni LLC and the client, including their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
WAIVER OF BOOKING CONDITIONS
These terms may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. Booking and payment signify acceptance of these conditions, and Miyoni LLC agrees to fulfill its obligations.
UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Miyoni LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the client's responsibility to be familiar with the latest terms, available on our website.
